The Gallopade Garden Project Corp

This paper flashbacks the whole developing process of "the Gallopade Garden" Corporation, reviewing the splendid success and reflecting the embarrassed position of the project. With the key force of interaction between project organization and project development, the project team who has distinctive objectives and continuous progresses will make a new era after solving these temporary and inevitable problems in such a special period of project development.Using the project organization as a clue, this paper thoroughly analyzes the rationality of the organizational structure of "the Gallopade Garden" project statically and the effectiveness in organizational operation dynamically, to interact with the project development on basis of Project Management and Organizational Behavior. The project has carried out standardization management and objective management during different periods aiming at achievements in effectiveness of organizational operation and project development by adjustment of project organization to adapt to the project development. At last, the author looks into the future of "the Gallopade Garden" project organization after solving the previous problems.
