Research On Construction And Management Of Virtual Enterprise

The production and management of enterprises are confronted with enormous pressure and challenges in this information time. Great changes have taken place in market demands and production technologies. Opponents increase steadily and lifecycle of production becomes shorter and shorter. So new decisions must be worked out to adjust development stratagem, organization pattern and manufacture course so as to raise the adaptation ability. Appearance of virtual enterprises (VE) is just the production in this time. VE is called the pattern of manufacture enterprises in 21 century. On the other hand, with the high-speed development of information communications and networks, it is possible to construct VE based on enterprises resources of the whole world.Around the issue that construction and management in VE, the followed jobs have been done in the dissertation.On the aspects of the change of circumstances outside, the change of conceptions on organization and management inside and the development of information technology represents by Internet, the background and the motivation, which VE has arose from, has been discovered.The rationality that beginning and development of VE has been analyzed, and by comparing VE with traditional enterprises and other enterprise unions, the characters of VE have been analyzed and the systematic construction about VE has been provided.With the IDEFO model, the construct course of VE has been described, and several important segments of VE construction course have been illuminated, including cognition to business opportunity in VE, company election, preliminary design of framework about VE, specific construction design. And the feedback on organization movement has been set forth too.Stratagem management, personnel resource management and venture control, which are the parts of VE management, have been mainly studied in this dissertation.By clarifying the characters of enterprise culture, VE culture has been stressed, and the farther construction of VE culture has been emphasized as one of important methods that the harmony among enterprise members and the enhancing of work efficiency in VE.
