A detailed introduction of the definition, the characteristic, the superiority and the perspective of the network marketing is given in this thesis. Based on the analysis of the status of the domestic and foreign jewelry network marketing, a conclusion is drawn that it is a good opportunity for China's jewelry companies to use network to build up their reputations, to expand their markets, and to improve their services. However, this thesis also points out that China's jewelry companies have some mistakes in the operating of the network marketing.By learning the theory of the network marketing and the successful experience of some foreign countries in operating network marketing, this thesis elaborates the operating process for jewelry network marketing in China. The process includes three parts: the introducing of the network marketing system, the building of the jewelry information space, and the tactics for operating jewelry network marketing.Building a website is the basis for developing network marketing. According to the orientation, business websites can be divided into three types: websites for information service, websites for distribution, and websites for distribution service. Based on the comparison of many instances, combining the characteristic of jewelries and the marketing surrounding for them, this thesis illustrates how to build these three kinds of websites from three aspects: the putting in of the commodity on webs, the content of the website and the designing of its layout, the individuation of the website. At the end of this thesis, a concise solution to building website is given.
