The Evaluation For Allocation Of Corporation Information Resources

Corporation's informatization is a key question for discussion for Chinese enterprises nowadays,and it is a very important role during the process of the whole country and society's informatization. The level of corporation's allocation of information resources embodies the level of corporation's informatization. There are many factors and whether estimating it exactly has important effect.Cosmic and middle-cosmic allocation of information resources has some fruits,but microcosmic research has little result and no integrated fruit. So,corporations can't correctly estimate the effect of actualized information resources plan,and it may cause the waste of resources for the construction of information resources not devoting the most necessary place;on the other hand,the managers won't think much of it for they can't see the effect of allocation of information resources. Therefore,correct estimation corporation's allocation of information resources is urgent and meaningful,and it is the motivation of the article as well.The article adopts the means of combination of theory and practice. First,it defines and compares information,resource,information resource and allocation of information resources,and it analyzes the fruit of allocation of information resources home and outside. Second,it discusses the basic theory of corporation's allocation of information resources,including its target,technique frame,organization structure and economic benefit. Third,it analyzes the methods usually used by cosmic allocation of information resources. Based on the former three chapters,it brings out three methods suited to measure corporation's allocation of information resources:AHP,fuzzy evaluation and economy method. Finally,it estimates corporation's allocation of information resources by combination of AHP and fuzzy evaluation along with instance. That including:based on deciding the principles of evaluation index,it establishes the index system;and it designs questionnaires and asked experts weighing indexes. After synthesized experts' opinions,it adopts AHP to measure the weight of indexes.
