Key staff are" key talent" of the enterprise, they are foundations stone that the enterprise make the competition advantage, however, that manage key talents well is constant decisive factors that enterprise develop among fierce market competition.The author summarizes and promotes the concrete personal management questions that are met in actual management and sum up in the enterprise development strategy and angle which the market compete for: The management of the key staff of S company.S company faces talent's keen competition as one IT trade. It appears already that there is no pertinence of human resources to manage key staff, there is no effective modes to discern talent, there is no perfect encouragement scheme, there is no complete performance management system, there is lacking risk control dynamics for that the key staff will bring to enterprise, such as a series questions, etc.. It has caused inferior strength situation in competition. Directing against these questions, according to theory knowledge and analytical method of the case in MBA course, on the foundation that furthers investigate in analysis and the practical problems, I have proposed scheme of key staffs management being directed against S company.At first this text is on the basis of analysing existing problem while Scompany managing key staff. A model structure to discern key staff in S company is set up, the model is suitable, easy to operate, can expand strongly, has already been implemented in the enterprise, and make effect tentatively. Secondary, key staff encouragement scheme and performance management system schemes suitable for S company and can further promptly have been inquired directingagainst the bottleneck of human resources that exist widely. At last, it has been analysed that how to control the risk which key staff may bring to enterprise and propose the measurement of controls to S company.The question of key staff s management that S company exists in this text can be as the epitome of most enterprises. At the same time the problem solution of key staff management schemes can been as feasible settlement in key staff manage problem probe by company. I expect peep spots see whole picture, manage question that exist perspect and find general enterprise key staff question whose management have generalized from key staff of S company. I expect most enterprises pay attention to key staff and manage key staff well and control the risk that key staff may bring for the enterprise in good time and effectively while key staff giving full play to the role.
