Research On How To Improve The Core Competence Of The Engineering Survey & Design Department

This thesis studied to how to raise the core competence of the Engineering Survey &Design department in the reform. In order to make the Engineering Survey & Design department in our country developing between environment of domestic and international. This thesis adoption the study method of Peter F.Drucker stand for experience, and summation rudimental theory and measures about how to raise the core competitive capacity of the Engineering Survey &Design department.The main content and logic structure in the thesis are divided in seven chapters. The first chapter put forward the meaning of the theoretic and practice. The second chapter introduce conception about the core competence, and bring forward leading wire of the thesis. That is method & step of research about how to raise the core competence. The third chapter introduced a status and trend on the Survey & Design vocation. The forth chapter take factor influence of environment on this thesis study object. The fifth chapter is two cases, one of instance is SEI and another is A.C. firm, and taking measures that are two companies about the core competence. The sixth chapter put forward some proposals on the raise the core competence of the Engineering Survey & Design department. The seventh is the summary.By this time, there is oriented problem by discussion that is the Engineering Survey &Design department in the reform. But, on the otherhand, little study how last development/The thesis refer successful firm as case, and in connection with theory of the core competence, and bring forword the Engineering Survey &Design department in the reform must reinforce the research of the core competence. The topic have work out preliminary approach research in this text. In process, I find out some problems is unsolvable, as lack the Class A qualification proof for vocation of Survey & Design and faulty mechanism association of the vocation etc. These problems have an effect on develop of the Engineering Survey & Design department. In order to ensure last develop of the Engineering Survey & Design department, government must keep pace with the reform.
