Study Of Theory & Application For Post-Evaluation Of Rural Electric Network Alteration

With the accomplishment of first period Rural Electric Network Alteration in our country,the prior task is to open out the great benefit which Rural Electric Network Alteration brought and to summarize the experience and lesson for the second Rural Electric Network Alteration.In this paper, profound research is performed concerning the theory and method of post-evaluation for the Rural Electric Network Alteration, which concern conception,content,mode,and principle of evaluation. Then the indicator system and comprehensive models of evaluation are built based on the theory. After theory research, Qin huangdao is evaluated with currency indicator system and comprehensive evaluation models from different side.
