Accumulating the knowledge of the enterprise is the most important for the enterprise to gain competitive advantages, which has been proved by the development of the economics, the strategic theory and the management theory of the business firm. As a result, it is perfect useful to study knowledge accumulation in the enterprise. Though national and international researchers have brought out lots of research results, there are still many problems to resolve. So, this article studies three of the problems more deeply.First, the article redefines and analyses the knowledge of the enterprise based its characteristics of integrity, and differentiates a sets of concepts related with it including intangible capital, intellectual capital, knowledge capital and core competence. Although the nations have the same resource, they are the different transfigurations from the knowledge of the?enterprise through describing it from the different aspects. Then, the article points out that the process of accumulating knowledge is like a chain composed of knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration and knowledge innovation.Secondly, the fact is indicated in the article that, in the process of accumulating knowledge, the enterprise gains both the advantages and disadvantage. The enterprise has to change its behavior modes in order to avoid danger and obtain profits. Moreover, the article bring up two effect indexes by which the situation of accumulating knowledge in the enterprise may be judged.Finally, the article draws up a set of strategies helping the enterprise cultivate its core competence ,which is systematic and dynamic knowledge of the enterprise, in the course of accumulating the knowledge. In fact, the enterprise must choose thecorresponding strategy to its own fact.
