Research On Analysis And Evaluation Of Enterprise Competitiveness

The essence of market economy is competition and competition exists through out the whole life span of enterprises, as the core of market economy. With the foundation of market economy system in China, especially after our country entered WTO, Chinese enterprises are now faced with increasingly fierce competition worldwide and their competitiveness will make all the difference between winning and losing, so they need desperately to make clear not only the critical factors which determine and influence the competitiveness but also their own advantages and disadvantages, so as to make their corresponding strategies of long term competitive superiority.This dissertation, on the basis of study achievements available, by combining qualitative and quantitative analytic methods and combining formative and positive analytic methods etc, first fulfills theoretical cognition of enterprise competitiveness, including analyzing systemically the sources of it, putting forward the relative models and establishing a set of ideal evaluation index system of enterprise competitiveness comprehensively and its simplified one for practical use. Moreover, the practical application of the simplified index system in several chosen listed domestic companies proves the simplified system effective, feasible, scientific, and convenient. In the last part, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of Chinese enterprise competitiveness, this dissertatoin puts forward countermeasures to enhance enterprise competitiveness in China.
