The development at top speed of our modern hotel industry is one of the most brilliant achievements regarding open-door policy. Especially these years , with the tourism develop quickly, tourism industry has been brought a sustained growth. The development of hotel is related closely with tourism, economy, customer culture quality.Sichuan province is a main tourism province, it is no doubt there is big resource of customers especially after China launch developing west policy. Meanwhile, with China entry into WTO, hotel i ndustry tends to jointly-controlled business, focus on trademark, widely use internet and specialize. Therefore, it is the right time that the hotel management company which is well-known and rich for management experience enter into west-south China, bringing west-south hotel development as well as. Affiliated to Beijing Tourism Group, Jianguo International Hotels (Shortened as Jianguo International) is an international hotel management firm approved by National Tourism Bureau, specializing in hotel management. As a response to the varied demands for modern international hotel management, Jianguo International has four hotel brand service facilities with different significant characteristics: Jianguo Grand, Ginaguo Hotel, Jianguo Garden and Jianguo Holiday. According to the brand advantage of JianguoInternational and the rule of marketing first, We set up a set of feasible marketing schemes combining the hotel in negotiation. At the same time, we regard this scheme as the tool of negotiation and decision.Collecting market information is a question of the first importance for hotel marketing. We should plan and design hotel' s products and service according to vistors' demands and then promote the products. The thesis study the theory of hotel management and marketing, combine them with practice. Through studying macroscopic environment such as economy, policy, population, culture, society, technology, etc, and microcosmic environment such as suppliers, customers, completers, public etc, market main body, market environment, especially through SWOT, we can find clearly Jianguo International will face the problems, for instance, the threat, the opportunity, the advantage and disadvantage. How to choose customers market and assurance of customers are important factors in hotel marketing. A hotel gets benefits by meeting the customer' s demands so the customers are very important for hotel marketing. However the demands vary form person to person. Nothing can be done if a hotel want to meet everyone' s damends. Therefore we should analyze correctly the customers basis of Jianguo International' s condition in order we can set up marketing goals and marketing strategies.World hotels are getting diversification, individuation and humanity. With more and more international hotel management companies enter into Sichuan, Jianguo International will face more serious challenges. Thus, we must establish and regard visitors' demand as the strategic basis of the marketing. Strengthen and subdivide the market, pay attention to the development of the new product, open up the newmarketing channel constantly. According to the market, adjust and upgrade tactics in good time, could make one' s own management perfect constantly.The thesis analyze the thought of hotel marketing in Sichuan, offer the marketing scheme that can be operated. It is a good foundation for Jian Guo International Hotel' further development in Sichuan market.
