Human resource performance management is a new research field in modern management science.Its core idea is to study people as a key factor affecting the development of the organization,and promote the realization of organizational goals by comprehensively exerting people's work efficiency.Modern human resource management theory is gradually applied to government departments.In the context of the information age,western government departments have entered the stage of efficiency management,and government department performance management has gradually become a problem of general concern in all sectors of society.Since the reform and development,the shortcomings of traditional personnel administration have gradually become apparent,which has directly restricted the improvement of the administrative efficiency of government departments in China.For government departments,it is very necessary to build a human resource performance management model and philosophy that is consistent with self-injury development in combination with its own reality.Although the relevant domestic enterprises and government departments are actively trying out performance management practices,human resources performance management is a systematic management system that involves more management content.For government departments,getting rid of the shackles of traditional personnel management and exploring a human resource performance management model that fits their own development is the only way to build an effective government.The Management Committee of County Development Zone A is a functional agency department built by regional government departments to promote regional economic and social development.At present,there are many problems in the human resources performance management of the management committee.Based on a comprehensive analysis of human resources performance management related theories,this paper takes the current situation of human resources performance management of the Management Committee of County A Development Zone as the basic starting point,and combines the current management mechanism and model of the Management Committee to focus on the current management committee's human resources.The main problems in resourceperformance management are analyzed.At the same time,the management experience of domestic advanced development zones is analyzed,and specific measures and countermeasures for optimizing human resources performance management of the management committee are proposed.For the Management Committee of County A Development Zone,raise awareness of human resource performance management,build a scientific human resource performance evaluation system,adopt scientific performance evaluation methods and means,strengthen the application of performance evaluation results,and improve the construction of tracking and feedback mechanisms 2.Strengthening the disclosure of information and establishing an electronic service platform for performance management of the management committee are important guarantees to improve the actual effect of human resources performance management.The development of this research is of great significance for improving the effectiveness of human resources performance management of the Management Committee of County A Development Zone,and can provide guidance and reference for other regions to optimize the management of human resources performance management.
