From the opening of China to come into the New Century, Chinese come through a new process which to know and accept the modern managing model .From Planned Economy to Market Economy , We also do it . In spite of any managing model, the human always are the key factor among many factors. Because Organization is make up of people, So the concept of Team work have been accepted by us day by day.This dissertation is based on the team building theory of Management Science ,and then begin to discuss the Team model of modern enterprise. Through analyse the internal structure , the elements of Team ,the role in team ,the scale and the behavior standard. Finally , the article summarize the feature of high efficiency team work.Otherwise, I research team work from studying the Chinese traditional culture, to discuss the Fa-Jia , Confucianism relation with team building, and the impact to modern enterprise from the Chinese traditional culture. I attempt to combine the team building and the traditional culture in order to study Chinese modern enterprise internal team work. Ulteriorly, we can enhance the validity and the actual combat of the team work theory.Finally, With the experience of my career and some typical modern enterprise case, I present some team building cases of modern enterprise ,in order to understand the actual combat of team building for readers. |
