As recent years, the environment of enterprises has change a lot. The market competition is increasingly vigorous. Economic globalization is an inexorable historical tide. The development of technology is very quick and the consumers' needs present the diversification. More and more enterprises find that the traditional enterprise organization structure can't adapt to the new circumstance. So it's important for enterprises to reform their enterprise organization. Team is one of the forms. But as we know, many enterprises have not gain the advantage from the reform. There are many reasons for this and having not recognized the innate regulation of team operating mechanisms is the main reason.Based on the group theory and the practice of the teambuilding in China, this thesis divides the team operation mechanisms into five parts: team role and team leader, team decision, team knowledge sharing and team performance management. This paper also discusses every part in detail and especially aims at the mistake area of team construction and management. The paper also gives some advices to improve the efficiency of team. I hope that the thesis can help the leaders of enterprises to improve the efficiency of team-building.
