Research On The Development Strategy Of DOD

For environment is the basic piont of any strategy, so enterprises need to adjust or innovate their fomer strategy when environments have changed. The economic structure adjustment of patrifaction industry and the establishment of modem enterprise system in the Daqing Oilfield Construction Design and Research Institute (DOD) make it necessary for DOD to establish a new strategy. The theories of strategic management, enterprise dicision-making and value chain are substance of modern enterprise strategic manegement. On the base of analysing the inner and outer environment of DOD, we make the strategy which include multi-industry mode. DOD has caption and technology advantage, so it is resonable to expand in aspect of public architecture, environment protection and industrialization of scientific research product. That is accordant to the inner innovation of DOD and to the ecnomic development of whole patrifaction industry.
