The Research On The Developing Modes Of Medium And Small Enterprises Of Heilongjiang Province

Medium and small enterprises have been attached great importance to around China recently, and their development is also strategically meaningful to economic rise of Heilongjiang province, which is an indispensable part of the second starting an undertaking of Heilongjiang province. Under a series of theoretical research guide of medium and small enterprises and in the light of the situation on the developing modes of medium and small enterprises of Heilongjiang province, especially the existing characteristics in high proportion of state-owned medium and small enterprises whose benefits are less than non state-owned enterprises, this paper takes up detailed research from five aspects respectively, that is, organizational mode, operating mode, financing mode, service mode and technological innovation mode. The aim lies in making the whole developing modes of medium and small enterprises of Heilongjiang province completely clear by analyzing several detailed modes of medium and small enterprises. At the same time, this paper adopts a series of evaluating data and method of comprehensive index to realize quantitative analysis. So the existing problems and facing challenges during the developing courses of medium and small enterprises of Heilongjiang province are displayed from different sides. Finally, using the developing experience of foreign medium and small enterprises for reference, this paper puts forward to reasonably constructive measures and suggestions when it bases on reality and seeks for crux from deep levels.
