Therefore, it is of great importance to build a proper training program in CSIC at present Furthermore, it is a key strategy to its future development.The essay, at first, presents a general frame of the enterprise-centered production, learning and researching training modes which, according to the present situation of CSIC, is borrowed from many training modes of the enterprises at home and abroad. And then, it deals with the subjects, needs, design, forms and ways of the training on the human resources of CSIC and gives a deep analysis to make the enterprise-centered production, learning and researching training mode more vivid and more concrete. Finally, after analyzing the related factors in the training and the management, the author build a systematic and practical evaluation system of the training and management of CSIC. Meanwhile, some suggestions about how to enhance the quality of the training of CSIC are put forward.
