In the times of Knowledge Economy, knowledge and information, which can push most enterprises move forward, have now undoubtedly become the strategic resource in the economic development of society. In addition, training is often a very important way to provide information, knowledge and some other related skills, and sometimes it is the only way. The biggest fortune of modern enterprises is that they possess the human resources who are educated and thus knowledgeable. As one essential part of the development and management of human resources, the training of talents appears to be more important and urgent in the modern market which is full of keen competition. At the same time, it is also the core competence of the improvement of the enterprises and the key factor of success as well. China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, one of the two largest shipbuilding corporation, is the super-large state-owned enterprises, is playing a vital role in the economic development. However, its shortcomings in the quality, structure and training of the human resources have seriously restricted its own sustainable development. Therefore, it is of great importance to build a proper training program in CSIC at present Furthermore, it is a key strategy to its future development.The essay, at first, presents a general frame of the enterprise-centered production, learning and researching training modes which, according to the present situation of CSIC, is borrowed from many training modes of the enterprises at home and abroad. And then, it deals with the subjects, needs, design, forms and ways of the training on the human resources of CSIC and gives a deep analysis to make the enterprise-centered production, learning and researching training mode more vivid and more concrete. Finally, after analyzing the related factors in the training and the management, the author build a systematic and practical evaluation system of the training and management of CSIC. Meanwhile, some suggestions about how to enhance the quality of the training of CSIC are put forward.
