In transnational managing enterprises there exist cross-cultural shock, which would increase expenditure and cost of business, even lead to their failure. The key to success in transnational enterprises is to carry out effective cross-cultural management. The article goes from culture, discuses the cultural differences and its effect on transnational enterprises, then gives cross-cultural management. At last part it analyses the case of Chinese transnational enterprises, and designs the Integration-Assimilation Model for Chinese transnational enterprises in foreign countries.
