On Management Of Knowledge Worker

The theory, the management of knowledge worker, was founded in the west, and the understanding of that is still on the groping stage in the world of theory and enterprise in china. Now, the management of knowledge worker has indicated the strong vital force in practice, but the contribution to the tactic management of enterprise lies in the revocation of idea briefly, it is still necessary to probe from the basic theory to the practical management operation. The management of knowledge worker has been produced, which is acted as the central content of the tactic management of enterprise. The study object of this paper is knowledge worker who are working on knowledge work and having the close connection with the knowledge economy. Based on the analysis of the status, function and significance, management of knowledge worker is necessary and urgent. By the basis of analysis, I expatiate the basic guarantee, management principle and the material ways on management of knowledge worker, hoping to give inspiration and notion to the practice and study of the management of the current Chinese enterprise.
