This paper probes into the methods of schedule and cost management of airfield constructive project in the terms of jiuhuang which the Ninth Engineering General Troops of China Airfield Building was responsible for.In previous constructive project, first the related loosing in schedule and cost produced the result that the schedule be delayed by the capital and that the total cost had heavily exceeded the design standards when the project was achieved. Secondly, the schedule and the cost have intimate inner connection, and the cost is not be carried out once and be scattered in the constructive period. Lastly, the schedule and the cost possess the relationship which they restrain and transform each other through the resources existed in the enterprise.This paper has generalized the way and the procedure which the schedule and cost integrated management was implemented in the jiuhuang airfield and which embody integrated scheme, in step with implement, integrated control. First, in order to attain the best integration in the schedule and the cost we design defining resources and estimating the action lasting time into a stage in our scheme and utilize the project management software to make the schedule and the cost optimized. Secondly, when the scheme was carried out, we formulated a series of integrated management arrangement, paid attention to the consistency of themanageable object, and establish integrated management team to compel the schedule and the cost united into the manager. Lastly, in the terms of controlling the schedule and the cost, we cancelled the previous methods that time was indicated the schedule and that amount of capital invested was calculated the project schedule. We calculated the realistic project schedule by the means of the Earned Value that we calculated amount of capital required using the working procedure, in the meantime, we applied the analysis of the cost current curve to achieve the cost and the schedule integrated.The jiuhuang airfield instructive project has acquired more economic benefits and social benefits through applying the schedule and cost integrated management which will possess a certain popularization value.
