With the development of the society and the gathering of social material wealth of economy, the market of the seller has been replaced by the market of the buyer gradually since the fifties of the 20th century,. Meanwhile, the demands for the products and service of people are more and more diversified and individualized, and the enterprises begin to realize the importance of meeting the demands of the market customization. However, customization is always linked to high cost, which has not advantage compared with the low cost of Mass Production. To reach the low cost of Mass Production, while producing in diversification and customization, is the key to success in a new round of market competition of enterprises. Under this situation, American futurist Alvin Toffler has put forward the concept of Mass Customization in his book "Future Shock". Stanley Davis explained that Mass Customization has solved the contradiction between customization and large scale which has been there for a long time. Since the seventies of the 20th century, the thought of Mass Customization has yielded positive results in business world and theory circle, and demonstrate its strong vitality. Organization structure and competitive strategy are relations between form and function. The change of the competitive strategy must requires the change of enterprises' organization structure, so the traditional organization structure of types of department was eliminated progressively under the new competition situation. What kind of organization structures should be set up In order to support Mass Customization Strategy is the subject matter in this thesis.The thesis is divided into three parts: the first part is the theoretical description of the concept of Mass Customization, and based on which to explain the realistic meaning of Mass Customization and the way to realize the economic benefits of mass customized producing enterprises, and through which summarize the enterprises' organization mode that suitable for Mass Customization; the second part is the simple evaluation and analysis of current organization theory and basicorganization structure, drawing the limitation of traditional organization structure which under Mass Customization, and making a conclusion that the developing trend of current organization structure is networked organization structure; the third part begins from the rules of setting up organization structure under Mass Customization, and the following is the analysis of the necessity of setting up networked organization structure for the mass customizing enterprises, and the last describes the networked operation mode under the networked structure of the dynamic alliance and enterprise group organization. The innovation in this thesis is as following: (1) Combined Mass Customization and networked structure of dynamic alliance, and explained the operation mode of dynamic alliance organization implements the mass customization in details. (2) Combined Mass Customization and networked structure of enterprise group, as Haier Group, advanced the organization structure of enterprise group implements the course that reengineering the corporation on the networked basis and the concrete operation mode of implementing Mass Customization.The writing method of compare and graphic is fully used in the thesis. For example, compared Mass Production and Mass Customization; the basic mode, characteristic and suitable situation of every kinds of organization structure, etc. The author had used the writing method of graphic for several times while introducing every kinds of organization structure. The using of both the two methods makes the reasoning more clearly in the article.
