Because of urban and rural dual system, the land system has not been changed, the hollow village will be rising. Hollow village problems will cause land resources wasting, hinder the sustainable development of rural economy. At present, the state vigorously promote the new development of urbanization, intention to promote the common development between urban and rural ares. But the hollow village problem is one of the main obstacles in the process. The hollow village’s regulation is the important way of new urbanization.Hollow village problems are linked with national farmland protection and food security.
