Research On Knowledge Management In Real Estate Developing Enterprise

Nowadays, real-estate developing enterprises have to be faced with new economic trends. Knowledge is regarded as a valuable strategic asset. How to capture and disseminate knowledge that exits in the organization throughout the organization is becoming an important problem to the Real-estate developing enterprises. However, almost no research has been done regarding how to combine Knowledge Management (KM) with real-estate developing enterprises.Therefore, this paper discussed the knowledge resources of real-estate developing enterprises, and advanced a management platform and an index system for evaluating situation.First, we discussed the necessity and feasibility for real-estate developing enterprises of practicing KM. Then there is a review of Knowledge and KM. In Chapter three, we classified the knowledge resources of Real-estate developing enterprises. Based on Chapter three, this paper advanced a knowledge-based management system for real-estate developing enterprises. After introducing popular technology tools, this paper advanced an index system and a measure model for evaluating organization's KM situation.And lastly, this paper analyzed two cases of real-estate developing enterprises that have begun to practice KM.
