| It has become an important problem which real estate industry face to appraise competitive real estate developing enterprise in order to improve it. First, the problem was brought forward. After analyzing the situation of China real estate market, we knew that the competitiveness of chinese real estate developing enterprise should be improved. Then we gave the aim and significance of the establishment of competitiveness indicator system for chinese real estate enterprise.Then, we introduced the international and national research work about evaluation of enterprise competitiveness. Afterward, we gave the new definition the competitiveness of real estate enterprise.On the basis of history review, theory learning and research, we established the competitive indicator system for chinese real estate enterprise. This system is very useful in researching real estate enterprise's competitiveness. Finally, we had a simulation assessment of the competitiveness of six large real estate developing enterprise by using this system. From the result, we can see the system is very useful. With the research work going on, this system will show its powerful fuction in assisting real estate enterprise to enhance its competitiveness. |
