| Private economy is one of important branches of Chinese national economy. In the past twenty years, great progress have taken place in private enterprises. Yet, there are still something deficient in the private enterprises, for example, human resource (HR) management. And the pay management is the main deficiency in HR management, which prevent private enterprises' further development and is becoming a bottleneck. In this thesis pay management in private enterprises is focused on and deeply studied.Briefly, there are four parts in the thesis.Firstly, the basic pay management theories and the present status of Pay management home and abroad are introduced. New trends of modern pay management system are also pointed out.Secondly, three design principles are proposed, that is, Team Principle, Recessive-salary Principle and Win-win Principle. Different design strategies and salary-curve design methods in pay management are developed. General salary design flow is also presented.Thirdly, six main problems on pay management in Chinese private enterprises are analyzed in depth, further more, four substantial reasons are dug out. To settle these problems nine feasible strategies are proposed. It's the main part and emphasis of this thesis.Finally, a successful case is introduced. That is the pay system design on Nanhai Yawei stationery Ltd. Company. Adopting the strategies presented in this thesis, the problems on salary in Yawei company are solved smoothly. |
