With the knowledge-economy era's coming, the human capital factor's floating and agglomeration in space has more and more effects on regional development.Based on the 1‰ database of the Fifth of Chinese Census analysis, I find that migration of human capital has its own characters and effects in different spatial dimension, such as between rural and urban, between the different areas, between the different industries, with the method of Demography and Human Capital Theory synthetically. It is helpful for promoting the harmonized development and build up scientific development view to deeply research on the human capital different effects. There are six chapters in this thesis:Chapter I . Introduction. In this part, I introduce why I choose this topic, have a retrospect and comment on the relevant theories, give a brief statement on the conceptions and index of the thesis. Based on above-mentioned, I build up the framework of the theory analysis, define my research contents and research methods.Chapter II. The Characters of Human Capital Distribution in Rural and Urban.Based on the static analysis of the census, we find that human capital has clearly spatial differentiation in stocks such as between rural and urban, between the different areas. Also the human capital has different distribution in the different industries.Chapter III. Different Characters of Human Capital Migration between Rural and Urban.Based on the static analysis of the census, we find the average education level of the human capital has its own characters in different migration directions.Chapter IV. Conclusions and Revelations.Main conclusions of the thesis are as follows:1. It's Factual That There is The Different Effects of Human Capital Migration between Rural and Urban. In dynamics, rural-urban migration has active effect on the average education level of the nation population. But it does negative effect on the average education level of the rural and the urban respectively. It enlarges the gap of average education level between the rural and urban, whereas it reduces the gap betweenthe east and the west. Because the mainstream migration is urbanization which is the agriculture population from the West find their non-agriculture job in the East. This process of urbanization produced that the average education level of agriculture industry population in the West and that of the non-agriculture industry population in the East cut down, which brings forth the average education level of non-agriculture in the West is higher than that in the East.2.Taking Scientific Development View on the Different Effects of the Human Capital Migration. It is known that urbanization is fundamental to reduce the gap between rural-urban, but it is not always that case. In the process of urbanization, it is necessary to reduce the gap, on the other hand, it is wrong to consider that the smaller the gap the more contribution to the harmonized development. We should take all-round sights at the problems, such as the brain-drain of the rural, "dissolving" the urban human capital, the whole effect and the partial effect, active effect and negative effect, short term effect and long term effect.S.Taking Priority of Harmonized Human Capital between Rural-Urban Action in Urbanization.Urbanization promotes the rural-urban integrated development. First, the harmonized development should take the sprite of people-oriented. Second, it is most of importance to harmonize human capital of rural-urban. In order to realize this object, we must let more and more peasants share the ur...
