The Theory And Practice Of The CPC On The Relationship Between Urban And Rural Development In The Past 70 Years

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,on the basis of continuous practice and exploration,gradually formed the socialist thought of urban-rural relations with Chinese characteristics.In the 30 years before the reform and opening up,China’s urban-rural development relationship went through the period of "taking agriculture as the subsidy for workers,taking rural areas as the support for cities" and "taking cities as the center and industry as the focus",forming the idea of giving equal attention to both urban and rural areas.After the reform and opening up,the promotion of economic system reform promoted the adjustment of urban-rural dual structure.As the socialist market economic system established,the free flow of factors of demand has become more intense,between urban and rural accordingly make further reform the household registration system,urban and rural gap is shrinking,China’s entry into the "led the country to promote agriculture,to the city" the new stage,the "industry nurturing agriculture and cities support the countryside" the relationship between urban and rural development policy,and formed the thought the interaction between urban and rural areas,urban and rural coordination thoughts,urban and rural overall planning thoughts.Since then,China has entered the stage of balanced development between urban and rural areas,and theoretically put cities and rural areas on an equal development status for the first time.This has greatly improved the relationship between urban and rural areas and promoted the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC central committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to rural-urban relations.In the face of the new situation,the CPC central committee has put forward the theory of rural-urban integrated development.At present,the system and mechanism of integrated urban and rural development is not yet sound,which is in urgent need of further consolidation and improvement.In this paper,in the perspective of Marxism relationship between urban and rural areas thought,in close contact Xi Jinping,general secretary of urban and rural integration development important discourse,on the basis of combing development of the relationship between urban and rural areas in China 70 years,analyzes the internal cause of the change of the relationship between urban and rural areas in each period,this paper discusses the 70 years of the communist party of China about the relationship between urban and rural development theory of Marxism thought the innovation and development of urban and rural relations,summarizes the relationship between urban and rural development for 70 years some valuable experience,finally combining Marxist thought of relationship between urban and rural,its the deep enlightenment for promoting the development of the urban and rural integration in the present.
