The shift of village surplus labor is the key to solving the problems in our country' s agriculture, villages, and peasants. It affects the overall situation of accumulating the modernization of agriculture. The shift of village surplus labor depends on the quality of the laborers ,depends on the degree of the education they have received.Nowadays, vocational technical education has become an important component part in education gradually. So, The study of village surplus labor has very important meanings in both theory and practice.The paper is to show the function of the vocational technical education in improving the quality of the labors in villages and promoting the shift of village surplus labor by investigating, counting and analyzing the condition of village labor in Miluo and the obtain employment of the students graduated from vocational school so as to establish the position of vocational school.
