Study On Chang-Zhu-Tan Metropolis Land-Use Scale And Structure Improve

To a city, urban land-use scale and structure are two aspects of one thing, and both are necessity. So it's important to ensure rational land-use scale and structure for managing a city. As the outcome of united metropolis, Changsha-Zhuzhou- Xiangtan(Chang-Zhu-Tan) metropolis is external demand of modern urbanization. The result of speeding up modern industrialization and urbanization leads to urban land-use scale extension and the insufficiency of field, making a series of difficult about urban land use of Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolis' land-use scale and structure. Locating at Hunan "golden triangle", if Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolis wants to get sustainable development, it's important to ensure rational land-use scale and structure. This paper through correlative analysis method, studies the relation between Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolis' land-use scale and urbanization level, and forecasts rational land-use scale in 2020; at the same time, facing land-use mode which has obvious mixed character, the concept of department information entropy is put forward including life space technology support space and environmental factors; what's more, through analyzing the evolved process of Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolis' urban land and using the relationship between department Shannon entropy and urban land-use, the optimize direct is brought up of Chang-Zhu-Tan metropolis' urban land-use up to 2020.According to these analysis, we can learn that: urban land-use scale is positive relevancy with urban un-agriculture population. During the initial stage and metaphase of industrialization, we can see urban land-use out-expands by neglecting quality and Shannon entropy is increasing following with the improve of urbanization level that make irregulation increase, up to anaphase, the increasing level of two all decline and gradually stop. As to three department of urban land-use, industrial structure is the basic reason to urban land-use structure' lag, departmentinformation entropy also increasing follow with land-use's diversification and homogenize, its increasing process which is also an improving process of urban industry structure.
