Study On The Design Of High & New-Tech Enterprise's Organizational Structure

21st century is called the century of "knowledge economy" by people. The high & new-tech enterprise, which is the leading strength of developing the high & new-tech industry, will play a more and more important role in economic development. The high& new-tech enterprise of our country exited less than 30 years, but already showed its good development potentiality.At present, the theory study taking high & new-tech enterprise as research object is still in stage of beginning, the theoretical study on the design of the organizational structure of high & new-lech enterprise seems even more scarcely. In practice, there are some questions on the design of organizational structure of high & new-tech enterprise, which often becomes the bottleneck of its further development. The purpose of wring the paper is to set up a model of the design of organizational structure of high & new-tech enterprise which adapt to different stages. And then leads the relevant principle of value engineering into organizational structure designs, which offer guide from theory and method while designing the organizational structure of high & new-tech enterprise.The paper is under the guide of the systematic and contingency idea. The step of research is the following: At first, basic conception and the review of the theory of organization; Then directed against the characteristic of the high & new-tech enterprise, analyze about five key factors and the relation between them that influences the design of the organizational structure. Then study how the high & new-tech enterprise regards function as the direction to carry on organizational structure design, and draw a model of organization structure. At last, analyzing the case about change of Legend Group's organizational structure in order to verify validity of the model.The innovative content of this paper lay two points: On the theoretical study, carry on systematic analysis to the key factor influencing design on enterprise organizational structure and put forward a organizational structure design model. On the design method, proposed the design method based on the principal about the VC to direct the organizational structure design of high & new-lech enterprise.
