Nowadays economy globalization and information technology dramatically change enterprise's circumstances, so the organizational structure and the ideas of managing of traditional enterprises need to be innovated thoroughly in order to survive the fast-changing market condition and the intensifying competition. How to analyze and evaluate the influencing factors involved in organization design scientifically, how to build up enterprise's organizational structure promoting its development, and how to improve the organization efficiency, have become one of the most important parts of organizational structure reform. In this paper, based on assimilating the idea and fruits of domestic and abroad related research, the methods used to analyze influencing factors of organizational structure design, the scheme of enterprise's organization reform and its actual application are studied. In this paper, it first sums up the development and current study of enterprises' organizational structure, and comparatively analyzes the characteristic and applicability of the main forms of modern enterprises' organizational structure. Then, the development trend of enterprise organization in our country is summarized, while the existing problems and internal and external changes of environment in domestic enterprises are analyzed. And the train of thought on reforming organizational structure and designing its scheme is put forward. According to the main idea of this paper, a method and a framework of four influencing factors of organizational structure, including environment factor, management factor, organizational characteristic factor, and organizational scale factor, are systematically advanced to analyze different factors that matching the organizational structure characteristic as well as its form. Furthermore, the framework of the relationship between influencing factors and organizational structure design is brought out. To make the designed organizational structure more reasonable and practical, Fuzzy Decision Method is applied to appraise the importance of these influencing factors, aiming at the reforming goal of the enterprise organizational structure. Meanwhile, the corresponding multilevel structure model is constructed, which make the mass objective appraisal quantified. The application framework of appraisal result in organizational structure design of enterprise is also researched.At the end of this paper, the research fruits above all are applied to the actual organizational structure reform in an enterprise. According to the current situation and the reform necessity of organizational structure in Chuanwei group, the market chain organizational structure based on process is programmed through methods above. In this scheme, the activity based costing method (for short ABC) is used to optimize the key business processes of the company, and then the operation pattern of internal marketization of Chuanwei group is given out. Partial scheme has already been implemented into the organization reform of the company, and notable economic benefits have been obtained.
