Studies On Coordination Mechanism For Two-Level Supply Chain

This paper begins from the analysis of basic concept for Supply Chain and Supply Chain Coordination, introduces primary study methods and results on relative fields in recent years. In chapter 3, we bring forwards the general constructor of coordination mechanism for Supply Chain and introduce some universal steps which could be followed during the process of designing a supply chain. In chapter 4, we discuss about the optimization methods for coordination parameter in the mechanism based on Game Theory arid Operations Research. Two kinds of supply chain were taken into consideration in this chapter: competitive supply chain and cooperative supply chain. In order to verify the validity of above parameters, we made a simulation with Excel in chapter 5, another purpose of this simulation is to find out the benefit alternation results from the fluctuation .of coordination parameters. All simulation results well prove our assumption got from the analysis in previous chapter, may this methods be useful during the process of decision-making. The last chapter of this paper talks about detailed steps for bring the mechanism into effect, consider of problems may be encounters during the process of implementation, we put forwards some practical advices based on the successful experience form leading supply chain manager from different countries.
