The author believes that the demand for excellent talents in optic-electric information technology becomes more urgent when Wuhan Optics Valley start its full-scale development and further promotion. Hence, it is of important value in theory study and practice to analyze the existing problems of human resource management in Wuhan Hi-tech Development Zone and provide solutions to improve the situation.The article is guided by Deng Xiao-ping Theory, which uses many basic principle and rational analysis from Management, Politics, Sociology, Psychology, and Statistics.
