| Since 70's in 20th, science technology development has become decisive factor to promote economic development; private-high technology enterprise has been played an important role in social and economical development. But for characters of private-high technology enterprise, high-speed development is always with its' short life circle (3-5years),the downloaded competitiveness become argued point, the article is to find competitiveness' evaluation system and methods of promotion apt to private-high technology enterprise.The research of competitiveness' evaluation system and methods of promotion in private-high technology enterprise is forecasting one. Based on pioneers' researches, the article definite the concept of private-high technology enterprise, the competitive capacity of it, the evaluation principle and the framework of evaluation system. The article analyzes the factors which influence the competitiveness of private-high technology enterprise in detail, and give accordingly evaluation system. The article analyzes the level of competitiveness from four aspects including competitive behavioral capacity, latent competitive capacity, strategy & management ability and core competence of enterprise. At the same time, the articles give the methods of promoting competitiveness in private-high technology enterprise. The contents include: first, according to the characters of high-technology, high-risk and high-competition, identify evaluation-index system about the competitiveness of private-high technology enterprise. Second, calculate index weight through the method called Analytic Hierarchy Process. Third, transfer actual data to according evaluating math's by using efficacy coefficient method to analyze the level of competitive capacity .Fourth, deduce the main influence which affects the competence and point out the route of improving the competence. The last needed to say is actual analysis and evaluation according to above method.
