As the foundation and hope of software industry, small-middle software R&D enterprises master some kinds of high-techniques or application of a certain domain very well. On the other hand, along with the recovery of IT industry, the new invest upsurge brought mass capital to these enterprises. In this background design of organizational structure and work process has become key factors deciding whether an enterprise can catch the opportunity and develop fast or not, and will affect the program teams in two aspects: rate of progress and final performance.In front of heavier and heavier pressure of progress and quality, and uncontrollable changes of outside demand, software companies should conduct work process and range missions by project team. In order to achieve the expectant objectives, the projects managers need to refer to standard software process and modify it according to the characteristics of own team and company.This dissertation explored to solve the above problems by job analysis and redesign of organizational structure and work process. All the explorations are based on the above background and abstract of the problems and the practice of Chengdu R&D Center of T Company.Directed by the theory of organizational structure design, position analysis and project management, the author first make a deep investigation on theorganizational environment and problem existed and get aware of the problems. Then the author redesigned the organizational structure and work process of different periods in the future, which is combined with the corporate strategy and based on investigation and diagnosis.The part of short-term transformation of organizational structure and work process has been implemented and got favorable effect.It's significant that this dissertation give a universal and valuable solution to practical problems of the small middle software enterprise against their characteristics with the application of organization theory, project management theory, and job analysis techniques.
