With the coming of knowledge-based economy era, human resource becomes a key to that enterprises acquire the competition advantages and employee training grows into the strategic requirement of enterprise development with playing important roles gradually. This article fixes attention on such a special carrier as the high and new technology enterprise that closely relates to the knowledge society and studies the problem of training model.In this article, the author starts with from general research to existing training models; secondly, the author illustrates the present situation and problems of the high and new technology enterprise training; thirdly, the author also analyzes the requirement of the knowledge-based economy era and the characteristic of the high and new technology enterprise; finally, the author puts forward a new training model named the learning training model on the basis of the learning organization theory for the high and new technology enterprise. The aim of this new model is to provide a scientific and systematic concept guidance for the training management of high and new technology enterprise.This article not only exceeds the limit of studying specific operation of the enterprise training but also makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis to the management of training. The author also expounds the implement tactics of the learning training model in detail. These tactics include such as how to analyze the demand of training, how to transform the opposing attitude of the employee, how to construct the environment of training, how to evaluate the effectiveness of training, how to establish the system of training, how to improve the organizational training maturity and so on. At last, the author analyzes such Zhonglian Zhongke Group as a case in order to prove the adaptability and reality of the learning training model and draws a conclusion that the aim of training is to build a creative organization. This article will certain have reference to the training practice and theory research of the high and new technology enterprise training.
