In the recent years, logistic industry has developed very quickly in our country, but on the other face of the flourish, some questions that stunt the development appeared. Therefore, innovation to adapting is necessary. This article aims at founding a way to innovation to adapting, through summarization and analysis. Based on the analysis before, this article tries to re-orients the traditional logistics enterprise, concludes the main problems that hold back the development, using many groups of statistic data and cases analysis .To averting general and miscellaneous, this article organizes in the point of view of enterprise but not the corporation or the primary lay. In the process, it consults the logistic history in other countries, takes the trend of modern logistics as guild, it also basing on the situation of the enterprises of our country, and take much emphases on the key factors that affect development, finally elicits the countermeasures of the traditional enterprises in our country.
