The subject of this thesis is the competitive strategy of Changan Suzuki Corporation. The author makes a further study of the competitive strategy and its performance by combining the theory with the practice.First, the corporation's task is presented, that is the cars of Chinese people's dreams are highly valued and everything is taken into account for customers at any time. General introduction of the automobile industry is given.Then, the internal and external environments of Changan Suzuki Corporation are analyzed and the market and technology for promoting the development of the automobile industry are also stated. The development trend of china's automobile industry is the increasing number of the new competitors and the fierce competition in the automobile industry.In the following chapter, the author concludes the core competence of Changan Suzuki Corporation, including developing new products, cost management, good image and creative enterprise culture.In Chapter 5, the general competitive strategy of Changan Suzuki Corporation is analyzed by means of Porter's Strategy Pattern and the strategy about the leading position of cost management and the subordinate position of product differentiation is concluded.In Chapter 6, combined with the analysis of the resources for carrying out the strategy and the strategic goal, the countermeasures of strategic performance are concluded, including strict cost management system, further developing new products, setting up international system with cost advantages for forming complete sets, setting up excellent enterprise culture and carrying out differentiating marketing and market strategy.At the end of the thesis, the strategic transition of the enterprise culture in Changan Suzuki Corporation is analyzed...
