Probe Into Socialist Productive Labor

With the developing of marketed economy system reform, great change has taken place in our country. The labor of service field, science and technology labor, management labor come to penetrate all kinds of aspects. Now our situation has many differences with the Marxist initiator's. In this condition, how to recognize and distinguish with the basis academic problem of socialist productive labor has great meaning. This paper studies the definition of socialist productive labor and its denotative extension on the basis of reaching of Marxian theory. I consider that we should define the socialist productive from the creation of value which is according with the socialist productive aim. Socialist society has the need both in matter and in spirit. This article brings forward a scale standard on the creation of value from a new point of view. And it has also analysis the productive of the labor of service field, science and technology labor, management labor. This theory can give a permanently motive force to the people in these fields and promote the development of economy as last.
