An Enquiry Into Theory And Practice Of The Construction Of The Party In Community

As an important measure of the Chinese Communist Party in the new epoch, the construction of the Party in communities plays a key role in strengthening the bases for common people and the Party's political leadership. To compensate for the relatively weak situation of the present theories of the construction in question, this thesis chooses to enquire into these theories in the first place. This thesis argues that the comprehensive theories of the construction of the Party in communities should include the guiding ideas, objective, principle, characteristic and position of the construction in question. On such a basis, this thesis argues on the content of the construction in question, including the constructions of idea, behavior, organization, leadership and system. What follows, through a careful analysis of the present situation of the construction of the Party in communities, is the designation of the measures to be taken for the perfection of the construction in question, and these include furthering the self-construction of the branch organizations of the Party in communities, perfecting the system of the construction in question, promoting democracy within the Party, strengthening the construction of communities and perfecting the system of management at basic levels in cities. This thesis in particular explores into the way of leadership of the branch organizations of the Party in communities.
