Research On The Party Construction Of Our City Communities

The street and the community are the basis of the work of the CPC in the city. The street and community work of the Party's building is the key part in the Party's grassroots organizations construction. During the developing stage of building a moderately prosperous society and accelerating socialist modernization, our country's urbanization is accelerating, the city's comprehensive strength is strengthening, the urban grass-roots management system is continuing to be deepen, the streets and community work in city are becoming more and more important, and the streets and the community are increasingly undertaking much more important task. In recent years, in accordance with the requirements of the central authorities, the local governments in the whole country has explored the new ways and formed a new situation in the street and community work, such as: under the district leadership of the central committee, the street Party committees are as the core,on the basis of community Party organizations,with the community Party members are the dominant,with link of community Party organizations are as network,and the units appointed in the region,community groups,community organizations and urban residents of all levels jointly, the Party construction in communities.The party's construction in community is a newborn thing that is still at the stage of exploring on practice and theory.The theory falls behind the practice currently.Hence,it is of great practical value to strengthen theoretical research on the party's construction in community.The practice needs the support of the theories.This paper applied theory and research methods, employing the Yanan Road in Changji city's neighborhoods and communities as example, through detailed investigation to sort out the work in the street Party construction of exploration and practice, summarizing the work of the Community Party in the problems and their causes. The writer proposed some corresponding suggestions in the Community Party's existing material conditions problems, team building, Party members'education, community affairs, the relationship between work and units problems of the Party construction. All these are expecting to adapt to the new period of economic and social development and requirements.
