Study On Regional Disparities Of Agricultural Ecological Security In Hunan

The danger of environmental retrogression is kept on guard highly in China. The study of ecological security is becoming the major foreland and task in geography, ecology, and resource and environment science.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the problem of agricultural environment. The study shows main problems of agricultural environment in Hunan Province as follows: (1) the high proportion of country population results in huge pressure on resource-environment, (2) the agricultural disaster is increasing, and the capability of sustainable development is descending, the quantity and quality of arable land is decreasing, (3) the serious pollution of environment do great harm to the quality of farm product, (4) the potential threaten of pollution of water and soil is highly. Meantime, the paper summarizes the evolvement of agricultural ecological security construct in HUNAN on three sides: the development of techniques and technological products, and the construction of the system on the ecological security.It' s made an integrative evaluating of agricultural ecological security in Hunan, taking counties as basic unit, through pressure and quality, protect and renovate of resource-environment, under the technique of AHP and GIS. The result indicates, that the regional heterogeneity of the security degree is distinct: Changzhutan Area is the highest, west Hunan is higher, South Hunan is middling, the center of Hunan is lower, and North Hunan is the lowest.Based on the actuality of agricultural ecological security and regional heterogeneity in Hunan, the paper expounds thecountermeasure including: strictly control the increasing of population, choose the agricultural resource using model by adjust measures to local conditions, speed the course of agricultural industrialization, establish the investment system of agricultural ecological security, adjust energy sources structure in country, put the returning cultivated land into forest project in practice, perfect the surveillance and forecast system of agricultural ecological security, reinforce the legislation and propagandizing of agricultural environment protection, and popularize the knowledge of ecological security.
