With the exasperation of competition among hospitality enterprises, human resource management is now faced with rare talent perplexity. The development of hospitality enterprises demands employees with high qualifications, while they cannot meet their employees' demand of self-development. Therefore, difficulties emerge in aspects of attracting, developing and retaining talents, which is becoming a bottleneck of the development of hospitality enterprises. Human resource management of hospitality enterprises demandingly needs tools of coordinating the co-development of employee and hospitality enterprises. As a new issue of modem human resource management, career management advocates co-development of employee, hospitality enterprises and the whole society on the basis of the development of employee. Evidently, career management provides a sound method for hospitality enterprises' talent perplexity.With the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper studies the basic actualities of graduate employees' career management in hospitality enterprises according to the process of Investigation data and interview records, finds out its problems, and under the direction of career management theories, probes respectively the basic operational work of career management, career stage management and career change management of graduate employees in hospitality enterprises.This paper pertains to basic application research, consisting of both theoretical and practical contribution. The former focuses on enriching theories of career management and perfecting human resource management of hospitality enterprises. The latter concentrates on exploring their own development mode for graduate employees' career management in hospitality enterprises and bringing forward operational methods under the basic actualities of human resource management in hospitality enterprises, which benefits its attracting, developing and retaining talents. This maneuverability helps build up competition and accelerate the sustainable development of hospitality enterprises.
