The Research On Tourism Project Incubation

To realize high-quality development of tourism area cannot go without the direction of high-level planning. And the core of high-level planning is the overall planning of different factors and conditions. The tourist program with characteristics by pioneering design and planning is not only the standard to evaluate plan but also the key to the see whether the development of tourism area is successful or not.This paper focuses on the study of methodology, technical route as well as post-evaluation mechanism of tourism project planning. On the research approach, the author combines the real-example analyses and standard analyses together, and through cross research on typical cases, specifies the views from practice, elevates the views to theory findings and guides practicewith the research results.According to the thesis, successful tourist project planning should fully reflect the attraction, astonishment and vitality as well as the concept of "Human-oriented planning with overall and coordinated consideration." The planning of the tourist programs should emphasize on the development and dressing of cultural connotation; The tourist programs and zones can realize the goal of sustainable development and the harmonic unity of the benefits in economy, society and environment as long as we stick to and focus on the concept of "Human-oriented planning with overall and coordinated consideration".
