Analysis Of The Reformation Of Performance Management In The Golmud Petroleum Refinery

With the development of the reformation of economic system, reformation of performance management has become the focus of attention in all enterprises of China. The living environment of enterprise is different; the complexity of reformation of performance management is various too. With the deepening gradually of SOE reform, the country enters a new age of development, as a petroleum enterprises of enterprise of national energy, it is a very realistic and urgent problem that how to seize the opportunity and perform the reformation of performance management well as soon as the enterprise' s reformation and development.This thesis describe the "Analysis of the reformation of performance management in the Golmud petroleum refinery" , perform in-depth analysis that based on basic theory of performance management, to the successful experience that some domestic enterprises achieved from the procedure of performance management. It also introduces the course of the reformation of Golmud petroleum refinery in detail, illustrates the achievements and deficiencies that the enterprises obtained from the reformation by the method that qualitative analysis combines with quantitative analysis. This thesis attempts to look for the suitable method for the reformation of performance management of state-owned enterprise through theory explanation and practice analysis. This thesis divided into five parts altogether.The part of introduction has carried out the brief illustration onthe background of title select, the methods and course of research, the train of thought and the framework of the thesis;The second part describes the research on the levels of enterprise performance management, the framework of different levels of performance management and some advanced management modes. It also introduces and analyses about the cases of enterprise performance management of some domestic and international enterprises;The third part analyses the living environment problem faced and the defects of performance management of enterprises;The last two parts analyses especially on the exploration that carried on in the performance management practice of enterprises; and the briefly introductions of the achievements and problems that make among the procedure of reformation of performance management of enterprises.In a word, through the analysis of the reformation of the performance management of Golmud petroleum refinery, this thesis wants to prove that if the national petroleum enterprise use the advanced experience and failure lessons of performance management of domestic and international enterprise, combine their reality, import the advanced performance management modes scientifically, the national petroleum enterprise can move forward their every reformation and promote their development .
