With various kinds of changes of situation, especially the changes of people's income level and consumers' behavior, a kind of new animal husbandry development model and train of thought are demanded to look for objectively. Exactly on the base of the above background, the train of thought of developing fine animal husbandry is put forward. Fine animal husbandry belongs to the animal husbandry that consume grain and it is the leap of animal husbandry's development.
