With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the absence of resources and the further competition among business enterprises have made human resource become the primary origin of enterprises' competence advantage, but at the same time, employee turnover is the main problem that currently confusing many enterprises, the high brain-drain rate bring obstruction to many enterprises. How to solve the problem properly has been many entrepreneurs' and manage expert' focal point.The article focused the research on Hualu Co., Ltd, analyzed the severe problem of brain-drain existing in this enterprise. At the first step, the writer clarified the reason of high-rate brain-drain from the company's history and pointed out that it rooted by some special history reasons, then objectively analyzed the the positive and negative influence on the enterprise and employees from the philosophy standpoint. Refer to the factors of brain-drain, the thesis expatiated it from three aspects - society, enterprise and individual, Implied that humanity management was a good way fit for the enterprise, and the employees' affectivity, esteem and self-value should be take into fully consideration; creat good environment for the employee's development ,meet to their high hierarchy needs. Thus, the chapter 5 on measure analysis, the writer designed a high motivating performance evaluating system and individual's life and career development planning for Hualu, to motivate the utmost development of self-value and cultivate employee's self-identity and ascription, then the thesis put forward to am improving project on Hualu's management mode, task empowering and brain-drain. Aim to win the adherence with non-matter motivation method and ultimately resolve the brain-drain problem.At the processing of demonstration research on Hualu Co., Ltd, referring to many good-running enterprise's management case, and relate to self working experience, the writer dig out the root of brain-drain of this company from 4 aspects: economic factor, management factor, system factor and individual factor. Pointed out that the key for attracting and keeping talented employees was pay more attention to the talents, and it's effective measure was basing on theemployees' real requirement, taking the employee as the center and the employee's development as the direction, making the effective and two-way communication penetrate to the whole management processing. Evaluating system the writer designed special for Hualu improved this company's management and led individual performance contribute to the whole organizational achievement; Individual's life and career development planning incarnated humanity management in the way of offering the employees opportunity to achieve individual's ability. Meanwhile the system of compete for the position brings the challenge and opportunity to the individual and the company, it benefit for the company change the management mode and transform the system of employ persons, and realize individual diversity in this company and help for ignite employee's potential ability and enthusiasm. The thesis take "Employees is the company's development engine" as the main ideal, writer of this article hope through the research of Hualu Co. can bring some advice and help to other private enterprise to take the best reasonable method to reduce brain-drain.
