Human Resources Exploitation Of City Baotou And Economic Sustainable Development

With China's joining the WTO, China is facing a new compete enviroment. And China is exploiting its western .As the principal part of the society economy development ,the quantity and quality of human resources play an important role during the process of economy sustainable development ,and decide the successes or failure of the society economy development .First, this article elaborated the relationships between human resources and economical development in details .on the basis of the fifth census data in city Baotou ,analyzed thebase of human resources--the population status quo and existentissue in details .Second,using the population dispersed model projected the sum , the rates of human resources and its age structures in the future30 years for the City Baotou .And quantifying analyzed the contribution rates for the human resources to the economical development . Third,Analyzing and elaborating the impact of the supply of the human resources on the future economical development in City Baotou. At last, in view of this reality problem and the results of the forecasting, this article gives the countermeasures and other ways to the human resources exploitation in City Baotou.
