Incentive Mechmism Based On Stock Right For Technological Innovation Talants

In 21st century, the competition among counties and companies is the competition of intelligence after all, that is to say, the competition between the overall quality of human and the level of HR development and management. "Science and technology is the first productivity." Technological innovation is the driving factor of promoting the development of scientific technology, is the source for enterprises to create profit and win competitiveness advantages. How to inspire the technological innovation talents is a problem studied by the enterprises home and abroad.Compared with hi-tech enterprises, the contribution on technological innovation by the traditional industrial enterprises is difficult to evaluate quantitatively. Although the automobile industry is the pillar industry in China, great improvement has been made, compared with the foreign advanced automobile industry, there is still great gap of low level of technology and management. We must develop both at the same time. After China's entry into WTO, our protection on automobile industry is reduced. The huge market attracting automobile companies all over the world participate into the fierce competition. As a result, strengthening the research on the incentive on innovative talents in china automobile industry, designing suitable incentive system are helpful to automobile enterprises attract talents and enhance competitiveness .This thesis is divided into four parts. In first part, the author raises questions. Through researching the develop process and incentive on technological innovation employees of YC company, the author brings up a common problem: how to give an effective incentive to this kind people. In second part, describing content and category of the incentive system by stock option, introducing emerging background and development situation of stock option, and the theory basis of the incentive system ofstock option, and researching its development and situation in china , analyzing the necessary and feasibility of implementing stock option in domestic enterprises. The third part is the analysis of the status quo of inspiring the technological innovation talents. In the fourth part, the author designs how to inspire the technological innovation talents by virtual stock option and stock option, constructs the system model of incentive fund and performance evaluation index, and planning how to inspire by virtual stock option and stock option.
