The Research And Analysis Of Quality Management In Chendu Yuhang PCB Factory

The dissertation is about Quality Management. Its study object,Chengdu YuHang PCB Factory is military enterprise which is engaged in produce printed circuit board. The objective of this study is that we will find out the inner problems by analyzing the situation of Quality Management in Chengdu YuHang PCB Factory at first, then we can use modern Quality Management theory combining the factory's practical thing to constitute a set of available project through which it can help the factory to accommodate the transformation. The research is based on theory combining with practice, focus on the management and requirement for the people and process about modern Quality Management. Managerial theory like organization structure analysis, incentive theory and HR evaluation system have also been applied in the research work. The dissertation is unique because the object -- Chengdu YuHang PCB Factory is the military manufactory which is changing from planned economy to market economy, and whose police about the Quality Management is meeting a lot of problem in the transformation. According to the exiting status , combining with the modern Quality Management theory, we made analysis from quality strategy, quality management organize, operation management and HR, then educed a set of enforceable project, and it is proved that this project is practical. It helps to coordinate the quality management with the marketing and produce, and can be more helpful for production.
