The competition among the enterprises is the competition of the resources, which could be controlled by them, as well as the competition of efficient utilization of these resources. As one of the important resources vital to the existence and development of enterprise, human resource is crucial to enterprise, and the management of human resource is also an significant part to the strategic management of enterprise. The motivating problem of sale persons is one of the basic tasks for the researched object, Wuxi Little Swan-Schulthess in this paper.Under the instruction of motivating theory, the paper does a great deal of investigation and research of the motivating of sale person of Wuxi Little Swan-Schulthess company through the special questionary, concludes the problems of the existed system of sale person's motivation such as not-perfect of motivating system, irrationality of checking achievement and finds the reasons of these problems. Based on the analysis, the paper advances a set of motivations, which conclude the motivating of salary, welfare, spirit motivation and long-term motivation and the related restrict. Through the analysis of misty theory to the new motivating system, the paper draws the conclusion. And in the final, the paper also puts forward some basic conditions of implement of new model and the restrict system and the standpoint of adopting appropriate motivating system in the varied period.The paper adopts the method of melting theory with practice and do analysis and research of new model under the instruction of motivating theory. It will be constructive to the job of motivating of sales person of Wuxi Little swan-Schulthess. There are both support of theory and foundation of practice in the paper, which will be helpful to the enterprise whose conditions are similar to that of Wuxi Little swan-Schulthess.
